Welcoming Natasha Dean as Head of MRO Sales

With more than 18 years of global experience in aviation, Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise in sales leadership, client relations, and driving business growth. Her impressive career has seen her lead high-performing teams, manage complex contracts, and consistently deliver outstanding results across highly competitive markets.

In her new role, Natasha will oversee our MRO Regional Account Managers across America, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as our Sales Support Team based in New Zealand. She will play a pivotal role in strengthening partnerships, supporting customer needs, and ensuring Salus Aviation continues to provide top-tier maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) solutions that enhance safety and operational efficiency.
