Our commitment to safety and quality management

Safety is an aspiration that runs across all of our systems and cannot be separated from individual activities. As a result, we use a one-of-a-kind management framework to ensure that all facets of safety and quality are completely incorporated, constantly improved, and standardised.

Certifications

This structured management system is important for keeping our authority approvals up to date. Over the years, it has ensured that we are fully compliant with New Zealand Civil Aviation Rule Parts 100, 145, 148 and 19F requirements. We also have implemented a safety assurance process, in which we continuously monitor effectiveness of our risk controls through a robust performance monitoring, compliance and oversight system. We also aim to consolidate various locations and divisions under one safety management system to standardise procedures, improve flexibility, and minimise costs when it comes to our aviation authority approvals.
