Salus Aviation has strengthened its Executive Leadership Team with the appointment of Katrina Amiria as General Manager Supply Chain, marking a pivotal step in the company’s ongoing growth and global integration strategy.

With more than 35 years of experience in aviation, Katrina brings a wealth of technical and operational expertise.

Katrina began her career as an avionics apprentice with Air New Zealand, later advancing through senior leadership positions across engineering, customer service, and operations. Notably, she led the Rockwell Collins New Zealand Service Centre for over a decade before returning to Air New Zealand to oversee their Cost Per Flight Hour (CPFH) contracts and repair cycle programs.

Since joining Salus Aviation (formerly Airwork) in 2021, Katrina has held a number of key leadership roles including Customer Care Manager, Operations Manager, and Programs Manager. Her comprehensive understanding of both the business and the broader aviation ecosystem—combined with a strong customer focus—positions her perfectly to lead Salus Aviation’s evolving global supply chain strategy.

“Katrina’s appointment reflects our commitment to building a world-class leadership team,” said Greg Edmonds, CEO of Salus Aviation. “Her proven track record in aviation operations and supply chain management brings immense value to our global organisation as we continue to grow and innovate.”

In her new role, Katrina will oversee the delivery, quality, and efficiency of supply chain activities across Salus Aviation’s operations in New Zealand, the United States and South Africa. She will focus on strengthening the alignment between supply chain performance and the company’s end-to-end aviation services — from maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) to aircraft sales, leasing, and customer support.

“At Salus Aviation, our strength lies in our people and our ability to deliver integrated, end-to-end aviation solutions,” added Edmonds. “With Katrina leading our supply chain operations, we are well-positioned to enhance service performance and deliver even greater value to customers worldwide.”

Katrina’s appointment underscores Salus Aviation’s commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement — ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of aviation innovation and reliability across its global network.
